The DAF held three in-person public hearings (in Titusville, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa) and a virtual public hearing in July 2025. These hearings provided an opportunity to learn more about the Proposed Action and Alternatives, ask questions, and offer formal comments on the Draft EIS. Project team members were available to provide information and answer questions. At each in-person hearing, a formal presentation was shared followed by a public comment period. Hearing materials were available in English and Spanish.
